Dear Valued Backers,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to update you briefly on the current status of our project.
We are in the midst of some necessary legal investigations concerning the product delivery. After we personally quality checked and packed all pledges carefully and fit them into 77 shipping cartons two weeks ago, we are facing another challenge that we have encountered with our production partners in India. We are actively engaged in resolving the situation and will share more, once we have a clear insight.
This is how we left India on the 17th of April - all settles packed and personally approved, ready for you:
And this is how we exhaustedly celebrated with our Indian team after 3 weeks of daily work achieving the quality we promised.
Now we are still waiting for our goods to be shipped.
We know this is frustrating and terribly disappointing for all of you, but we thank you again for your patience and keep fighting to get settle shipped to you.

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to share an update regarding your eagerly anticipated settle and to discuss an unforeseen challenge we've encountered in the production process.
An Unexpected Oversight. During the final stages of preparing our products for shipment, we discovered that the wash care labels, a small but essential component of settle, had not been included by our manufacturing partner. This oversight was surprising and, admittedly, a setback for us. As a team dedicated to delivering the highest quality products, we took immediate action to rectify this issue. We have since worked closely with our manufacturer, who is equally committed to our standards of excellence, to ensure that each item is properly labeled before it reaches you. This process involves returning the shipment, unpacking each pledge, adding the missing wash care labels, and repacking them for shipment.
Impact on Delivery. Due to this unexpected hiccup, our shipping timeline has been adjusted. We anticipate that all pledges will arrive at our warehouse by the end of this month. We plan to commence shipping to our backers immediately after the Easter holiday.
